Anchor

Insulation Anchor is a fastening component used to secure insulation materials onto the surface of industrial equipment such as pipes, tanks, furnaces, boilers, ducts, and process equipment. Anchors are typically attached to metal surfaces through welding or mechanical fastening methods before the insulation material is installed.

They function as mechanical supports to keep insulation materials in place, preventing movement or sagging, especially in applications exposed to vibration, high temperatures, or vertical installations.

Product Advantages

- Keeps insulation securely in place
Prevents insulation materials from shifting or falling during operation.

- High temperature resistance
Manufactured from materials such as stainless steel or carbon steel suitable for high-temperature environments.

- Strong mechanical support
Designed to support the weight of insulation materials under various operating conditions.

- Flexible installation
Suitable for a wide range of industrial insulation systems.

Applications

Insulation anchors are commonly used in:

- Thermal insulation systems

- Refractory insulation systems

- Ceramic fiber insulation installation

- Mineral wool / rockwool insulation

- Boilers

- Furnaces

- Industrial ducting and equipment insulation
