Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a high-temperature insulation material in the form of flexible sheets, manufactured from high-purity ceramic bulk fibers using a spun process. The interlocked fiber structure (needle-punched) provides excellent mechanical strength, lightweight properties, and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures without the need for additional binders.

This material offers outstanding chemical stability, low thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock, enabling consistent insulation performance under repeated heating and cooling cycles. In addition to thermal insulation, it also provides good acoustic insulation properties, helping to reduce noise levels in industrial environments.
